If you would like to pay on-line, continue with Google Checkout.  If you have a gmail account, just sign in. Otherwise you will need to create a temporary account. You will receive confirmation of payment.

If you would like to pay with a check, click submit, but DO NOT continue with google checkout. Return to the symposium page, click registration form (pdf), download and print the form, fill it out and mail your check with the form to the printed address.
